My neighbours have given up playing rave music at 4 on a Sunday morning (I generally have to be at work for 6 or 8am on Sunday). We played Queen on all three stereos at 2pm, (a few hours before they get up, very hungover) and then got out the saxophone... which none of us can really play. XD Not a peep out of the gits since. Does that count as an option? It was certainly fun (and we tried contacting local authorities; we got bounced around by them for a while and then gave up). I think that happens to everyone at some point. I submit Option 6 be to Go ahead attempt the spawning as soon as debt is paid off. So baby will come about a year after debt is paid off. That's one of 3 years down and it goes FAST. The neighborhood itself won't matter until said spawn is about 3 or 4 years old anyway...closer to school age. So those two years before the debts are off your record will be occupied with potty training and pointing out the wonders of the world to its newest inhabitant (those years go FAST too). Now your debt is off your record and you still have a couple of years before you NEED to be in the new house... you can find JUST the right one and be ready to pounce on it.
